1. Payment & Schedule To secure your booking and commence work, a 30% advance deposit is required. This deposit is essential to reserve your slot in our production schedule. The remaining balance must be cleared in full upon approval of the final draft, prior to the delivery of the high-quality, un-watermarked video files.

2. Revisions & Alterations We want to ensure you are perfectly happy with the result. Therefore, 4 rounds of revisions are included in the project fee. These rounds cover adjustments to pacing, music, or visual elements based on the original brief.

• Any additional revisions beyond the included 4 rounds will be charged at a rate of $10 per revision.

• Please note that a "revision" refers to changes within the original scope. A complete change of concept or direction may be treated as a new project.
  
  

3. Source Files The standard delivery includes the final rendered video files (MP4/MOV). The raw project source files (Premiere Pro/After Effects project files) are the intellectual property of HOAZ Visuals.

• If you require the source files for future use, they can be purchased for an additional license fee of $30.
  
  

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Client Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the project after the work has commenced, the 30% advance deposit is non-refundable. This covers the time and resources already allocated to your project.

• HOAZ Visuals Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we cannot complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, your full advance deposit will be refunded immediately.
  
  

5. Credits & Incentives While crediting is not mandatory, we appreciate clients who acknowledge our work. Clients who credit "Edited by HOAZ Visuals" in their video description or social media caption will be eligible for special discounts on future projects.
